Youth Services

It's hard to be a teen in todays time isn't it? Media is telling teens to be one way by what they portray on tv, or in magazines, or in songs, saying stuff like, men are to be strong and not caring, and women are nothing more than just objects. Then on the other hand teens have their friends, and their own family telling them how they think they should be. After awhile  it gets frustrating and they just want to yell "Stop, leave me alone, you're confusing me!!!". With so many voices it's hard to choose which one to listen to, and to figure out what's their true identity.

Every choice we make is just another choice to learn from, no matter if that choice worked in our favor or not. The choices we make ultimately make us.  At The Family Lifeline the choices our youth educators made in their lives brought them here allowing them the opportunity to share the choices they made to the youth and how they learned from it. Our youth educators have committed themselves to "building healthy relationships for a stronger community.
" and to help high school students realize that there is more than just one choice for every path life takes them down.
